Holidays with kids in Bali

Fun, and Family Friendly for Visiting Families

Bali Villa

Let’s be real—parenting is a full-time gig, even on holiday. But sometimes, you just need a little space. Maybe it’s a work meeting you can’t reschedule, a dreamy spa day calling your name, or simply a quiet coffee where no one asks for a bite of your croissant. No judgment here!

A Bali getaway should be about balance—making memories with your little ones and sneaking in some well-deserved adult time.

Luckily, Bali has plenty of engaging places where kids can have fun while parents take a breather. From play-friendly cafés to kids’ clubs and family-friendly Villas, here’s your guide to holiday with kids in paradise.

We can also suggest great babysitting and nanny agencies for that extra pair of hands on holiday.

1. Trusted Babysitting & Nanny Services

Sometimes, you just need an extra set of hands to truly relax on holiday. Below are the three agencies we generally use and recommend. Agencies are beneficial because if your first nanny doesn’t work out or becomes unwell, they have a team of others as backup.

Bali Villa

  • Bali’s Best Babysitting – Established, experienced, and highly recommended for their trained and caring nannies.

Bali Villa

  • Feby Lou Babysitting – Personalized babysitting services with trusted, English-speaking nannies.

Bali Villa

  • Bali Baby Hire – Not just for baby equipment hire; they also provide professional babysitting services.

You can request a babysitter who swims, but we advise to save water time for when a parent is present.

Be clear and simple with your instructions as English is a second language. You can always start by going out with the nanny and the kids together. She can be an extra pair of eyes and it’s a nice way to get to know your new friend. Most importantly, enjoy your adult time—you deserve it!
