Welcome to what is a fantastic Seminyak Villa experience! This four bedroom villa is a private family oasis. Within the stone walls guests will find a tropical landscape and stylish holiday experience.
Each room has an ensuite marble bathroom, walk in closet, TV and high speed internet; all rooms are overlooking the swimming pool and garden area. The beds have resort style canopies and quality soft furnishings. They are spacious and luxurious, each with their own style. There are three King sized beds and one Queen sized bed. The ensuites are a mix of tropical open air and covered spaces, with beautiful features and large showers.
The villa was completed in 2014 and is designed in pure balinese style whilst providing a modern, comfortable and totally relaxing style of living.
BEDROOMS
Three of the bedrooms are together on one side of the pool with the master suite opposite.
The central living area is open air and can be partially closed. Parents find this feature helpful for children having some quiet time after a busy day in the pool! This also creates a wonderful space for the group to gather for a meal around the wooden dining table, or gather on the stylish sofas for a drink. The high ceilings and modern Asian decor create a soothing environment.
Complimentary breakfast is served daily and guests can enjoy the fully fitted kitchen or have lunch, dinner and drinks made to order by a freelance chef on request.
There is a friendly team of well trained staff offering Balinese hospitality. They can assist you with all your needs from transport, booking of trips, spa pampering and restaurant reservations. For your total peace of mind, the villa has a private security service around the clock.
Located in the exclusive Oberoi pocket of Seminyak, five minutes walking distance from the sea and from many fine eating establishments, bars, boutiques and markets. The villa is adjacent to the Oberoi Hotel and close to the famous KuDeTa beachfront venue and La Luchiola restaurant.
OUTDOOR AND POOL AREA
Down the picturesque and floral laneway through the beautiful large Balinese doors, lies the large outdoor area of Villa Alabali. The garden is perfect for sun-bathing by the 12m x 4m pool. Sun beds are there to sit back, relax and take in the serene atmosphere or finally grant yourself the time for that book you’ve been longing to read all year. Sunbeds and couches that watch over the pool are perfect for keeping an eye on little ones. The outdoor garden and pool area become one with the living areas which can be transformed to be an open outdoor space. Relax on the lounge and leave the kids to their own devices, the whole outdoor living area is viewable from inside or outdoor sunbeds. The shallow section of the pool and garden area on the pools edge are perfect for childrens games!
LIVING AREAS
The open-space living area will immediately give you a sense of balance and relaxation. With its generous couches, it looks out over the garden and pool and is perfect for that relaxing evening drink and conversations with your friends or family. The Asian inspired and extremely spacious and comfortable lounging area is perfect to unwind on after a busy day. Depending on your preference, the living can be closed by stylish glass sliding doors, still giving you the open airy feeling. If wanting to contain the children after a long or busy day, the sliding doors create a perfect place for your family to wind down and enjoy an evening meal or relax on the couches. The mellow lighting creates a tranquil ambience which is much needed on family holidays.
