The secure street is comprised of private holiday rentals with parking space for scooters. You enter through large timber doors which set the scene for your private slice of paradise.
This five-bedroom villa is decorated with a simple Island inspired style. The pool is framed by a beautiful Joglo pavilion that houses the open-sided living areas – the perfect place for relaxed mingling and laid back meals. There are five dreamy bedrooms to choose from, each of them offering a peaceful retreat at the end of a busy day spent restaurant hopping or perhaps surfing on nearby Seminyak Beach.
The central living space is inspired by traditional Javanese architecture with high roofs and a taste of tropical living at its best! The Joglo houses the main living area, kitchen, dining table and lounge area. It overlooks the inviting 14 meter swimming pool.
There are two bedrooms attached to the main Joglo, one on either side of the central area. One is a queen-sized bedroom and the other a twin bedroom.
The family bedroom is an independent bungalow on one side of the pool, consisting of one queen-sized bed and two sofa beds (1.2m x 2.0m) behind a semi partition, a TV lounge area, a large dressing room and a great bathroom with bathtub. There is an extra charge for children over the age of 2 years to have the sofa beds set up for sleeping.
On the opposite side of the pool is a double-story ‘Gladak; or traditional Balinese teak wood house. The ground floor has a queen-sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the upper floor has another Queen bedroom, an ensuite bathroom and a balcony.
Life at the villa revolves around the pool which takes pride of place at the very centre of the property. The pool is nice and long so it’s ideal for getting your laps in though if you prefer, there are two submerged sun loungers in the shallow end – the perfect spot for sipping a cold drink while basking in the sun! The pool is surrounded by neat lawns dotted with pretty stepping stones, with a cute hammock chair adding another bohemian touch.
This Villa has daily housekeeping so you can relax on holiday and is central to many cafes, beach clubs and fine dining options so you can enjoy the best that Seminyak has to offer. The service level is set up for independent travellers with more assistance a call away if needed.
Seminyak Beach and Ku De Ta beach club are about one kilometre away – a leisurely walk through Seminyak or a quick ride in an air-conditioned taxi. The villa’s location is perfect for anyone wanting to make the most of Seminyak.
