This gorgeous four-bedroom villa is located just 400m from the famous Canggu beach of Batu-Bolong. With plenty of garden and lounging space, this villa has so much to offer.
Designed and built by an Australian architect, this property will bring you all the comfort you need. We love the tropical charm and character of this homely stay. Canggu offers nightlife, shopping, sunsets and surf.
Guests enter through a secure car park area through large wooden doors. Step inside to the large open-plan living area, with the garden and pool beyond.
The open kitchen, forming part of the living area is fully equipped should you decide to cook for yourself, or the team can arrange for a freelance chef to come and organize lunch or dinner for you and your family. The area has plenty of cafes and restaurants near-by to. The housekeeping staff can assist with breakfast preparation as well as take care of cleaning so you can truly relax on holiday.
Still part of the main open living area, you will find a very comfortable set of sofas facing a huge flat-screen TV, perfect for “movie night”.
The décor is a mix of modern, wood, pop art and batik! Very eclectic and obviously hand selected by a creative team. The main living pavilion which houses kitchen, dining, lounge and TV area has a large warehouse-style roof and polished concrete floors. The overall feeling is relaxed, communal and spacious.
The Villa then has two bedroom wings, located either end of the main living pavilion. On the right side there is an office space so guests can keep in touch with work during their stay. On one side are two queen bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms side by side. The bathrooms are all oversized and a clever mix of being enclosed and secure while still having open air flowing through for a tropical feel. On the opposite side, starting from the left side of the living pavilion are two more side-by-side bedrooms. One of these has twin beds on request. The bathroom is shared and creates a secure walk-through to interconnect the two rooms. Each bedroom features quality bedding and beautiful linens and has its own character and style.
The sprawling garden then expands out to the private pool area. Here you will find pool lounges, palm trees and plenty of sunshine. The pool is worthy of laps and sparkling blue, creating an inviting oasis at the edge of the property. There is also an outdoor table setting and umbrellas near the pool for sunset drinks or an al fresco breakfast. Behind the garden temple you will find stairs leading up to a rooftop terrace. Also the perfect place for an afternoon drink or a sunrise yoga session. The terrace offers views over the neighbourhood and Mt Agung.
Located behind the main living pavilion near the entrance, this family villa also has a games room equipped with a TV and Xbox. The games room opens up onto the car park area and skate ramp so is ideal for a separate retreat. Alternatively, this room can be turned into a fifth bedroom with two single beds provided for children. The games room also has its own toilet.
