Not only does this combination provide eight generous bedrooms, but guests will also have three sparkling swimming pools, bags of garden space and a feast of living and dining areas to choose from.
The Villas are made up of a series of pavilions in a L-shape surrounding green-tiled swimming pools with wooden decking. The property is set within a garden filled with coconut palms, frangipani trees, tropical plants and flowers. By combining the sister Villas large groups can holiday together and still have their own privacy when desired. The Villa collection is only three Villas so the overall feel is one of a boutique stay rather than a ‘complex’.
Eshara I Three Bedrooms:
This Villa consists of two pavilions built in an L-shape around a 12 x 5-metre green-tiled swimming pool surrounded by wooden decking and set within a garden filled with coconut palms, frangipani trees, tropical plants and flowers. One pavilion houses the large living, dining and kitchen area, the master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms, while the second pavilion houses the remaining guest bedroom. With hardwood floors and a soaring ceiling, The living and dining room is a massive space exuding taste and elegance. Cooled by ceiling fans and with glass doors running the length of one wall, the room is bathed in natural light. Furnishings include a long wooden dining table for 12, huge comfortable sofas and a giant, ornately carved rocking horse. At one end is an open-plan kitchen equipped for guest use. Outside, the 12-metre swimming pool is surrounded on three sides by a wooden deck topped with loungers, sofas and sunshades, creating a lovely area in which to relax and catch a few rays. Coconut trees, frangipanis and flowering plants lend a true sense of place, lulling guests deep into the tropical holiday vibe.
The master bedroom is filled with natural light that shines through the large sliding glass doors in front of the king-size bed, and soothed by the sound of falling water from the water features just outside. The room’s high-pitched roof and hardwood floors add to the feeling of space and the ensuite bathroom is also blessed with a wall of glass and a series of stone figurine fountains right alongside the tub, creating a mesmerising bath time like no other.
The first Guest Room is behind louvre doors to the living room, and next door to the master, this twin-bedded room (beds can convert to a king) is perfect for kids. Glass doors along one wall offer up a Zen-like pebble garden bordered with bamboo, while a deep soaking tub adds a touch of luxury in the marble ensuite bathroom.
The second guest bedroom looks out across to the pool and two towering coconut trees. Its king-size bed sits under a high-pitched wooden ceiling and the room is decorated in natural earth tones to create a very relaxed ambiance. The elegant ensuite bathroom generously offers the option of both indoor and outdoor showers. This room can also be twin beds on request.
Eshara II Two bedroom:
This Villa comprises an L-shaped pavilion housing a combined living, dining and kitchen area plus the master bedroom, with a second bedroom accessed via the garden. Outdoors the 7 x 4-metre pool and pool deck sits amidst a small tropical garden providing shade, colour and a sense of place.The high-pitched roof of the delightful living area and the vast glass doors on both sides only add to the volume of an already spacious room that boasts a large sofa, elegant marble floors and a dining table for eight. At one end is an open-plan kitchen equipped for guest use.Step out of the living quarters onto a pool deck that runs alongside the inviting green-tiled pool, with sun loungers and a colourful garden filled with tropical plants.
The master bedroom has access from both the living room and the pool deck, it is a very versatile and super-comfortable space featuring hardwood floors, tasteful earth-toned furnishings, a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom that offers both indoor and outdoor rain showers.
The guest room opens directly out to the pool and garden, and again offers a choice of indoor and outdoor showers. The twin beds can be joined together to make a king, adding to the villa’s versatility.
Eshara III Three Bedroom:
This Villa comprises two pavilions built in an L-shape around a tropical garden and a 10 x 3.5-metre green-tiled swimming pool. A large and very comfortable living, dining and kitchen area and the master bedroom take up one pavilion while two guest bedrooms take up the other. Outdoors the pool deck is trimmed with coconut trees and tropical plants, including the ubiquitous frangipani, providing shade,colour and a pleasant sense of place. Elegantly finished with marble floors and native Indonesian timbers in all the right places, furnished with a huge L-shaped sofa and a dining table for 10, and fitted with an open-plan kitchen equipped for guest use, this all-purpose living space is a great place to unwind, relax, dine, play or be entertained. With vast sliding glass doors and high-pitched ceilings, the room is bathed in natural light. The coconut palms and colourful plants in the villa’s private garden put you firmly in the tropics, while the pool and its deck – topped with sun loungers and a couple of sofas – and the large, cushioned relaxation pavilion, provide a choice of shade or sun throughout the day.
The master bedrooms boasts a pitched roof and hardwood floors create a wonderful natural ambiance to the king-bedded master suite, which can be accessed from both the living room and the pool deck. The marble ensuite bathroom with its river-rock soaking tub and outdoor shower will make daily cleansing rituals so much more fun.
