SEMINYAK PRIVATE VILLA COLLECTION WITH 15 BEDROOMS…..
This large group set of  three connecting Villas in Seminyak offers guests a convenient location with all the creature comforts you will need during their Bali Villa Holiday. Located in a strategic Oberoi location, within walking distance to all the favourite cafes and shops as well as the beach within ten minutes.
The secure street is comprised of private holiday rentals with parking space for scooters. You enter through large timber doors and are greeted by beautiful tropical pools. There is a connecting garden gate between the three 5 bedroom Villas creating a total of fifteen bedrooms. With the use of extra sofa beds, the large group villa can sleep up to 34 guests in comfort.
VILLA HOI
The villa has five lovely bedrooms with air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms positioned on either side of a large central living Joglo. This space is inspired by traditional Javanese architecture with high roofs and a taste of tropical living at its best! The Joglo houses the main living area, kitchen, dining table, bar and lounge area. It overlooks the beautiful T-shaped 14 meter swimming pool.
There are two bedrooms attached to the main Joglo, one on either side of the central area. One is a King sized bedroom and the other a twin bed room.
The family bedroom is an independent bungalow on one side of the pool, consisting of one king bed and one sofa bed 1.2m x 2.0m, a TV, a large dressing room with a dressing table, a built-in wardrobe and a double-sink bathroom. The bed can be set up with bedding for an extra guest for a small charge.
On the opposite side of the pool is a double-story ‘Gladak; or traditional Balinese teak wood house. The ground floor has a King bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the upper floor has two single beds, an ensuite bathroom and a balcony.
VILLA BAGERA
This five-bedroom villa is decorated with a simple Island inspired style. The pool is framed by a beautiful Joglo pavilion that houses the open-sided living areas – the perfect place for relaxed mingling and laid back meals.
There are five dreamy bedrooms to choose from, each of them offering a peaceful retreat at the end of a busy day spent restaurant hopping or perhaps surfing on nearby Seminyak Beach.

The little travellers especially love the shallow wading section, which is also great for adults to relax in!
