SIX BEDROOMSÂ VILLA ILUH
Offering six large bedrooms including a nice antique joglo , this luxury family Villa is spacious and casual (ideal with children) with single and double long chairs to lounge on. Outside of highs seasons, the Villa can also be rented as a 4 or 5 bedroom stay.
The larger master bedroom pavilion has a mosquito-netted four poster king sized bed and blackout curtains to ensure a blissful sleep. An eclectic mix of antique ceramics, round farmhouse table, metal benches made from reclaimed wooden shutters and an impressive antique floor mirror decorates the room. All this magically produces a stylish yet lived-in atmosphere. The semi-outdoor en-suite bathroom boasts double-sinks, rain-shower, and generous wardrobe space with complimentary bathrobes and a safety deposit box.
The next bedroom on the ground level is the adorable stand-alone wooden joglo, providing the perfect hideaway for kids. Located between the living area and the master bedroom, this fan and AC room has , a closet, drawer and is decorated with Javanese reverse glass folk-art paintings. It even has it’s own bright semi-outdoor bathroom with rain-shower.
The two other bedrooms on the ground floor are located next to each other in the same pavilion. Both rooms are tastefully decorated in neutral tones of grey and beige and boasts four poster bed with traditional ikat bed runners and paisley printed cushions; a writing desk and an armchair with a footstool to relax in with your favourite book. The spacious en-suite bathrooms with dark stone floors offers a large walk-in rain-shower, double-sinks with ample space for your personal toiletries and knick-knacks.
To the side of the garden located just above the main living area are the fifth and sixth bedrooms. Accessed by an external spiral staircase – this bright loft style bedroom with wooden floors is spacious enough to accommodate a four poster bed with billowing mosquito net and crisp white linens. You can lounge beneath one of the cozy nooks either on the antique wooden daybed or the pair of cone basket lounge chairs. The large bathrooms are fitted with double-sinks, walk-in shower and mirrored closet.
Splash around the 16 meter private swimming pool with shallow parts ideal for children. Then relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers on the lawn while sipping a freshly made cocktail.
The spectacular lofty open sided living area is at least 15 meters long. At one end you’ll find the open air kitchen bar with four stools where you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee for the early risers or your delicious breakfast. Next to it is a massive dining table made of a single slab of wood where 12 guests can enjoy a scrumptious meal. Right next to it is the main living area with an impressive Balinese antique wooden door with side panels, making it the perfect backdrop for the none the less impressive 4 meter long sofa where you can comfortably sit up to 6 guests if not more. Running the whole length of the sofa is a single slab coffee table and floating high above is a sculptural bamboo basket hanging lamp. At the other end of the living area is another single slab table with 6 contemporary rattan chairs from where you can sit and watch a movie from the flat screen TV hidden behind another remarkable Balinese antique door.
FIVE BEDROOMSÂ VILLA KADEK
This expansive 5 bedroom abode will fit your loved ones comfortably as well as provide the ideal space to celebrate your special life milestones. The villa can provide extra accommodation for children or nannies if needed. With a lovely staff team available from 7am till 9pm for your comfort.
There is one bedroom next to the main open air living pavilion, and on the opposite side of the pool are two more side by side guest suites. Upstairs in the main building you will find two more bedrooms. Please note the staircase and upstairs mezzanine are not suitable for toddlers or young children, parents must supervise at all times.
All bedrooms are individually decorated in a fusion of traditional and modern designs. Each of the rooms boast four poster beds with curtains, pristine white sheets, writing desk with chairs and custom-made walk-in wardrobes. The semi-outdoor en-suite bathrooms of the two bedrooms located in the separate pavilion have double basins and large walk-in showers. The bedroom situated next to the living room of the main pavilion has its own private terrace to relax in front of the pool. The staircase leading to the second floor opens onto a corridor that serves as bridge to access the two other bedrooms. The two comfy daybeds on this bridge are perfect for unwinding with a book or getting rocked to sleep by the heavenly breeze. The timbered floored upstairs bedrooms have open shower on a private rooftop terrace with stunning views on the rice fields and sunrise.
The sparkling 18 meter swimming pool is at the center of the villa and surrounded by a tropical garden. Complete with terrace and balinese umbrellas inside the water, it also includes single and double sun beds and a traditional bale for a shaded siesta or an in-house massage.
The property is just a short drive away from Seminyak’s vibrant shopping scene, trendy beach clubs and sandy beaches.
