Villa Iluka is located in the heart of Seminyak. The villa offers an ideal location just a five-minute walk from Jalan Kayu Aya (more commonly known as Eat Street) and Seminyak Square. Tucked down a smaller side street, the villa is still blessed with a sense of privacy – talk about having the best of both worlds. You can easily reach restaurants and shops on foot. The iconic Ku De Ta beach club and Petitenget Temple are near by along with colourful markets and famous sunsets.
This seven-bedroom villa is built over two floors and divided into three buildings. The main house features enclosed living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor dining patio. There is also a separate air-conditioned media room for downtime. The second pavilion houses two bedrooms, located side by side on ground level overlooking the pool. The garden offers generous lawns and a private swimming pool with a play area for the children. Catch some rays on the sun lounges and cool off in the sparkling pool. The third pavilion features two bedrooms on ground level with a further three bedrooms upstairs.
The style is relaxed and tropical with more than a hint of Hamptons chic, with ornate Balinese mirrors dominating the living room adding a touch of the exotic. Each bedroom has all you will need for a luxe and comfortable stay. The friendly staff team are very welcoming and will make you feel at home instantly. Living Room
The living room is lined with full-wall windows looking out to the garden, introducing the lush tropical greenery as a part of the interior design. A huge sofa set is framed by beautifully carved Balinese mirrors, with eclectic design pieces (think leopard lamp shades and giant seashells) adding unique style to the room. Next door is a blue-themed TV room furnished with a plush sofa and large flatscreen TV. With our complimentary toy basket, this is a great play space for little travellers too.
Dining Room
Also housed in the light-filled living room, Villa Iluka’s sturdy wooden dining table is surrounded by 10 white chairs and lit up by beautifully woven lanterns. The dining area is followed by a separate kitchen equipped with a coffee machine.

The villa has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathroom suites all with showers plus 1 jacuzzi. All bedrooms have A/C and premium mattresses and pillow systems. Each suite has its own unique style and is equipped with everything you need for rest and rejuvenation.
