Villa Ipanema features five well-appointed bedrooms. Two bedrooms sit across the entire second floor of the property while the other three sit on the first level. These rooms are large and spacious with tropical island hues of blue to compliment the grey walls and whitewashed furnishings.
There are 4 king sized bedrooms and one queen sized room. Outside of peak season the Villa can also be rented as a four bedroom abode. Two of the king rooms are located on the ground floor and lead directly onto the pool deck along with the queen room which is neatly tucked behind the bale. A further two king rooms are upstairs enclosed under the same roof. These are all fully air conditioned, kitted out with TV’s and fittingly furnished with cool, crisp colours providing a real sanctuary to retreat to.
All the king sized rooms are complimented by their own bespoke ensuite bathrooms which provide a variety of bathing experiences bringing the outside jungle inside! The smaller queen sized room has an ensuite shower including a toilet and vanity unit.
The living zone faces the pool and is open to the tropical climates of the island but shaded from the sun by a high wooden ceiling. At the forefront is a large comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxing and catching up on the latest news or having a family movie night. Behind this is a wooden dining table decked out with seagrass chairs which seats 10 people. This is where you will enjoy the complimentary breakfast which is prepared by staff every morning. Light meals and a grocery shopping service are also available at extra cost on request.
A staircase leads behind the bale to another living space with views over the pool. Upstairs, there is a secret covered seating area where you can sit and watch the balmy winds play in the surrounding palm trees or watch your family and friends caper in the swimming pool. The ideal parents retreat!
