Villa Kavya is a contemporary four-bedroom villa in Canggu, located just a few minutes walk from Berawa Beach and a 20 minute drive from Seminyak. Outdoor Areas and Pool
At the edge of the expansive, well-kept lawn are the villa’s two swimming pools – one is a lap pool and the other is a plunge or kiddie pool. Separating the two is a bale which, instead of the usual mattress, has a wooden hammock where you can lie and be lulled to sleep by the balmy breeze. The pool area also has a wooden deck with cushioned pool beds where you can stretch out and get some sun. The colossal space of land on the edge of the pools is fantastic for family parties, cartwheels and all types of ball sports. Kids will certainly be sleeping well after tiring themselves out all day on the lavish lawn.
Bedrooms
The villa has four bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom occupies the entire upper level and opens out to a balcony overlooking the garden, the pool and the distant landscape. This is great for grandparents or couples travelling without young children to have their own private get away but still be with their family. The staircase up to the master bedroom and the mod grass roof top area are not suitable for young chidren. This bedroom has an enclosed bathroom and oversized wardrobe area.
All three bedrooms on the ground floor have semi-open or outdoor bathrooms complete with dual sinks, showers and large bathtubs. One of these bedrooms opens out to a spacious and covered terrace right at the edge of the lawn. Here guests can converge for after-dinner drinks and conversation. Two bedrooms are side by side with the fourth and smallest bedroom near to the Villa entrance at the rear of the living area. There is a also a cooling water feature in this living area, which can be fenced on request for young children. The twin bedroom is also great for little ones wanting sleep overs with cousins, siblings or friends whilst Mum and Dad retreat to their own private rooms.
Living Areas
On one end of the central pavilion is the living area. Around the large couches, you can all gather for some lively interaction. A few steps away is the dining area with a set up that can comfortably seat eight and onto the kitchen. Next to the kitchen is the Tv room which offers you two kinds of views – on the big, flat-screen Tv or through the large window that looks out to the pool area. This is a great family friendly feature to have, kids running wild? Set them down on the comfortable couch to enjoy some wind down time.
Location
Villa Kavya allows you to combine the best of Bali in your holiday experience. This modern villa is located in Berawa beach, Canggu yet not far from the limelights of Seminyak and the buzz of Batubolong. The Berawa beach is just short walk away where you will find many casual beach cafes and shopping. It is a favourite hangout for surfers and a haven for those who like to meander along its miles of sandy shores. The area also has its fair share of cafes and excellent eating options. With Finns Beach Club in the neighbourhood and some of Balis most fashionable options, this is no longer a sleepy fishing Village. Berewa is home to Balis best kids clubs, and child-friendly cafes too. Guests can buzz over to Batubolong and Echo Beach or even walk along the beach to discover the area.
Seminyak, with its wide choice of international restaurants – including the famous Ku Dé Ta, Merah Putih, Potato Head and La Lucciola – together with a plethora of chic cocktail bars, exciting nightclubs, lavish spas and elegant boutiques, is a 10-20 minute drive away.
There are plenty of options for surfing, spas and sunset sips in the area. You also must get a taste of the foodie scene. For cocktails or after-dinner drinks, check out the ever evolving restaurant scene.
