This location is perfect for guests wanting to be in a quiet neighbourhood but steps away from the incredible cafe scene for which this area is becoming justly famous. Nearby are plenty of eateries, fine dining, shops, spas, and supermarkets is a 15-minute walk or 2 minutes by car or scooter.
Nearby is the Canggu short cut which connects Berawa to BatuBolong and Echo each. Alternatively, Greater Seminyak is Berawa’s neighbour for more shopping and dining options. There is plenty in the area to keep the lids entertained too.
This Canggu family holiday villa features two kitchens and dining areas plus a traditional pizza oven.
Other amenities include a media room with a 68” TV, a games room with pool table and darts, gym equipment and a rooftop deck entertaining area.
The villa is surrounded by lush gardens and overlooks peaceful vibrant green paddy fields. The staff team are very welcoming and happy to help with shopping and cooking during your stay.

The ground floor of the Main House features sofas and chairs that face the pool, plus a 10-seater dining table with modern kitchen.
Upstairs another living space overlooks the pool and paddy fields beyond. The balcony here has mod grass and a designated play area for children.
The three bedrooms in the main house can all be securely enclosed together along with the games area.
The three bedrooms in the Main House each have ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom is complimented with large flat screen TV’s, sofas, and ample hanging space.
The master bedroom is positioned on the ground floor, with sliding glass doors that open onto the garden, giving direct access to the pool as well as the kitchen and lounge area.
The other two bedrooms are found on the 1st floor, one large and the other a queen size bedroom.
All bedrooms feature air-conditioning, an overhead fan, mosquito net, and extra pillows, daybed/couch, safe, large closets, king coil mattresses with comforter, black-out curtains, and charging stations.
Next door to the indoor kitchen is the media room with 68” TV. Back lit film posters encircle the room as does a 16-seater sofa. Additional ottomans and bean bags offer more seating. This a great zone for the kids to hang out and play or for movie in night.
On the mezzanine floor is the games room with pool table, darts, board games, TV and small beer fridge.
Below the games room is where the gym equipment is stored: A boxing bag is suspended from the stairs, boxing gloves, various barbels, free weights, yoga mats, ab rollers and a workbench.
A separate pavilion facing the pool houses two more bedrooms. Each are designed in a similar way with sofa beds, large flat screen TVs, with ensuite bathrooms which include double person baths. There is an upstairs veranda encircling the bedroom, while the downstairs room sliding doors open directly onto the pool deck.
At one end of the pool the outdoor dining room rests below the sundeck, with another kitchen. It is here that most of the food is prepared. The traditional pizza oven, with a supply of aromatic wood sits next to the dining table, perfectly placed for pizza parties. Here too is the BBQ.
Stairs near the entrance lead up to the sundeck, which features large sofas and two hammocks overlooking the paddy fields in front of the villa.
The pool is 16m long, 3.5m wide with depths of 1-2.5m using a saltwater filtration system. There are purple pool lights at night and a complimentary 42” pool fence can be installed.
