Welcome to Canggu! This four bedroom Villa is in a great Berawa location for surfing, spas, shopping and café life. Villa Noya is steps away from all the action; far enough away to afford guests peace and quiet, yet within an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops, and large supermarket.
The front door opens directly into the sitting room where expansive cream sofas overlook the pool deck and garden. Between the living area and fully equipped kitchen is the 8-seater dining table, and four high stools face the breakfast bar. The large flat-screen TV is positioned to enjoy all-day sports, so guests can relax sofa-side with one eye on the TV and the other on the kids in the pool. The design of this space is minimalist, yet functional, dressed in relaxing hues of white, ivory, and cream, dotted with selected artwork, and well-positioned lighting. The fourth bedroom and its ensuite bathroom are accessed next to the kitchen, with separate glass sliding doors opening onto the garden and pool deck. At the back of this living space, stairs lead up to the three bedrooms. Toddlers will need to be supervised on the stairs.
Upstairs, three bedrooms including the master look out over the pool and gardens, each connected by a glazed balcony that stretches around the front of the house. All bedrooms feature king-size beds, large flat-screen TVs, ample cupboards, hanging space, and generous-sized ensuite bathrooms with washbasins, lavatory, and rain shower, while the master bathroom also features a standalone bath. The upstairs bedrooms also open on to a patio with views over the pool and garden.
A double sun lounger plus two separate sun beds overlook the pool, with Balinese ceremonial sun umbrellas offering plenty of shade, while two more sun beds rest in the shallow end, offering guests a view of the whole villa. Steps lead into the pool at each end, so no handrails are necessary. Ample lighting provides refreshing dips both day and night, especially illuminating the beautiful surrounding lush greenery.
The villa is served by a lovely housekeeper, who arrives nice and early each day ensuring the villa is promptly cleaned, any mess from the night before cleared away, so guests awake to a freshly prepared villa. Beds are made, clothes folded, rooms neat and tidy, with laundered towels laid out ready for the day’s pool activities. In addition, gardeners and pool attendants pop in to ensure the villa’s exteriors are always spotless.
Villa Noya rests about 50 meters from the main road, hidden away from this action-packed locale of Berawa, where so many cafes, and restaurants abound, plus, just round the corner is a large Frestive supermarket, perfect for stocking the fridge. Berawa is justly famous for its many eateries, classy bars, gelato, bottle shops, and boutiques. Everything is within walking distance, including the beach, where some of Bali’s largest day clubs can be found, namely Finns and Atlas. We recommend worthwhile places to eat such as Nude, Uni, One Eye Jack, Bottega, Maize, Milu, Milk & Madu, Riviera wine bar to name a few.
If massive day clubs are not appealing, we recommend Caravan, along the beach from Finns, a favourite spot for locals, kids and visitors alike.
