These two fantastic villas are located in a small private estate in the very heart of Bali’s chic Petitenget area in Seminyak. The first Villa has 5 spacious bedrooms while the second boasts 6 luxuriously appointed bedrooms making this Collection ideal for a group of families or friends seeking the ultimate Bali getaway.
Six Bedrooms
As soon as you walk through the traditional Balinese gateway and enter the lush, tropical garden, complete with your very own 12 metre private pool, you’ll feel instantly at ease, as you start the holiday of a lifetime at this luxury family villa. Located in a small private estate, the villa has a full time staff including a manager, private chef and four butlers so your every need is catered to 24/7.
The four air conditioned bedrooms are located in a two storey sleeping pavilion at the end of the pool and are perfectly self-contained, each coming with satellite TV, DVD player, and iPod docking station.
All bedrooms have luxurious marble bathrooms and the two downstairs bedrooms have the added bonus of private garden courtyards.
Three of the bedrooms have super king size beds while the fourth bedroom has the option of twin king singles or one super king size configuration. If you need extra bedding forlittle ones, rollaway beds and cots for babies are available. Three of the bedrooms are together in the main house and the other two interconnect so its great for parents wishing to keep their little travellers near by at night.
The spacious lounge and dining area, with its spectacular soaring roof, is the social hub of this villa. Three of its sides are open allowing for the beautiful tropical breezes to flow through, although there are fans should you need them. Spend lazy days on the sofa watching the kids splash in the pool or enjoy a delicious meal cooked at the dining table cooked by your private chef in his state of the art kitchen.
The upstairs air-conditioned media room, with its 50 inch TV and incredibly comfortable deep cushioned arm chairs, is just the spot to escape the heat of the midday sun. If it’s a workout you need, then you can hit the well equipped gym.
Five bedrooms
The hallmarks of this villa are the stunning architecture and design that harks back to a bygone era of sophistication and style. There’ll be no arguments about who gets the best room in the house because all of the six spacious bedrooms are equally splendid.
Four bedrooms have regal king size four poster beds and are located within the main house while the other two bedrooms, each with twin beds, can be found in the single story poolside guesthouse. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ensuites, satellite TVs and DVDs.
Though the villa is blessed with a number of areas for family and friends to mingle and chat, the open-sided lounge and dining pavilion forms the social hub. The fan-cooled sitting area with its sofas, ottomans, lazy planter chairs and coffee tables is a comfortable corner for conversation with friends and family.
The villa offers an air-conditioned formal dining space for twelve, a rare treat in Bali.
Alternatively, you and the family can make the most of the alfresco dining space in the poolside pavilion. Lit by a spectacular hanging lantern, the table for 12 can be quickly extended to accommodate 16 lucky guests.
Sit back, relax and enjoy some delicious home-cooked meals prepared by the villa’s professionalchef. Or for an even more relaxed meal, enjoy a barbeque, especially the seafood which is one of the menu’s signature dishes and comes highly recommended.
The air-conditioned media room on the second floor of the main pavilion is the ideal spot to cool down. Kids will love watching a DVD on the 60-inch high definition screen, complete with enhanced sound.
For those wanting to keep in shape during their holiday, there’s a well equipped air-conditioned gym or if you’re just here to relax then you’ll love the balé pavilion which has two areas – one with twin built-in daybeds and the other with a built-in lounge suite, each of which is cooled by overhead fans.
Without a doubt, the focus of the garden is the stunning swimming pool, which is flanked by a wide stone sundeck, and furnished with adjustable sunbeds and umbrellas. Best ofall, the villa has its own pool fence and has been designed with a shallow entrance ledge, perfect for little ones to splash about in. The pool can also be seen from all areas of the living area offering parents extra peace of mind.

The Villas are just a short stroll from Seminyak Beach, well-known for its picture-perfect sunsets. Some of Bali’s most iconic restaurants and bars such as Ku De Ta, Metis, La Lucciola, Sardine, Merah Putih, Mosaic Beach Club and Sarong are less than a kilometre away.
