Located in the lively heart of Seminyak, Villa Suar Seminyak is a retreat that perfectly blends traditional Balinese charm with contemporary comfort. This spacious five-bedroom villa is designed to offer both privacy and communal areas, making it an ideal choice for families or groups. A private driveway leads you to the villa’s entry, guests enter across a tropical koi pond. Step inside to experience an open-plan living space, connecting the expansive lounge and dining areas with a fully equipped kitchen. A dining table seating ten and a kitchen island bar make this space ideal for shared meals and gatherings. Adjacent to the main living space, a media room complete with TV, speakers, and fitness equipment provides another space for family entertainment and relaxation. The villa’s open-concept living room invites natural light and the doors can be opened to the garden and pool, or closed in air-conditioned comfort.
Bedrooms
There is one bedroom upstairs and four on ground level. Three bedrooms are within the main house and two bedrooms are separate in the garden.
The master bedroom, located on the second floor, features a private balcony, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with an indoor bathtub and a reading nook, creating a personal retreat. On the ground floor of the main building, Bedroom Two connects to Bedroom Five via an interconnecting door, providing a flexible layout that is perfect for families. One of these rooms has twin beds.
Bedrooms Three and Four are accessible directly from the poolside garden in their own area. These two rooms can also be connected by an internal door. All bathrooms are enclosed and the bedrooms have televisions and all the amenities you need on holiday. Both of these bedrooms have be twin/queen bedding on request.
Outdoor Areas
The outdoor area features a large swimming pool framed by lush greenery and natural beauty. With three sunbeds and a shaded gazebo, the outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and socializing. Guests can bask in the sun by the pool, unwind in the gazebo, or enjoy the tropical surroundings from the comfort of the villa’s outdoor lounge.
There is a garden gate that enters directly from the car parking area to the pool and garden. This is helpful for those travelling with toddlers who may not want to enter across the Koi Fish Pond stepping stones every time.
