Upon entry, prepare to be awed by three spiral staircases, which rise like sculptures toward the sprawling upstairs bedrooms. Spend afternoons idling by the pool, nibbling a platter of fresh-cut mango while paging through a favourite book. Or wander to the waterfront, a mere five-minute walk via the estate’s private, frangipani-scented path. A walkable and bikeable lane along the beach puts the best of Sanur’s shopping and dining within easy reach.
At the villa, you can enjoy meals with family or friends in the dining room, or gather in the more casual kitchen area by the pool. Flow through a serene morning yoga session on the rooftop lawn or head for an ocean swim. There are two lounge areas, making it ideal for parents and teens to all have their own space too!
Living Spaces
The heart of the home is the open-plan living area overlooking the pool. Here you will find plush seating and a smart TV for your favourite viewing. The dining area seats up to ten guests. The sleek central island bench in the kitchen area is another great zone to enjoy casual meals or cocktails together. The Contemporary interiors are highlighted by a blend of modern furnishings and antique decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The pool deck is furnished with comfortable sunbeds and two plush beanbags for leisurely afternoons spent soaking up the Bali sun. There is a charming, antique seating nook on the pool deck with a small table, two chairs, and a bench, ideal for morning coffees and conversation. Upstairs you will find a grassy rooftop lawn connecting two of the upstairs master suites, providing a tranquil space for yoga sessions, massages, or simply enjoying the view
Bedrooms
The Villa has a unique floorplan which allows for privacy between guests. There are two ground-level bedrooms, one at each end of the pool. The three upstairs bedrooms are each reached by their own spiral staircase. All of the upstairs rooms have loft areas above the main bedrooms.
East Bedrooms
When you enter the villa foyer you find the first ground-level guest bedroom and staircase up to one of the master rooms above. This first ground-level bedroom has a queen bedroom and offers a peaceful zone away from the main living areas. The upstairs bedroom features a bathtub in the ensuite with a connected lofted space, accessed by open steps from the seating area, which serves as an additional sleeping area or a tranquil retreat for quiet moments.
Central Bedroom
You continue through a lounge and dining zone to reach a second central spiral staircase heading up to another private bedroom. A private outdoor terrace with tranquil views over the pool, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee. Ensuite bathroom equipped with a standalone bathtub and separate his-and-hers sinks. Open steps lead up to a connected lofted space, ideal for additional guests or as a peaceful nook for meditation or reading, though the open stair design is less easy for young children to navigate
West Bedrooms
Continue through the kitchen area to find another lounge zone and onto the second ground-level King room with ensuite and writing desk and upstairs the third set of stairs to reach the final master bedroom which also opens onto the rooftop terrace. Sliding doors provide access to a small outdoor terrace above the pool. Just outside the bedroom door, the spiral staircase continues to a lofted space ideal for additional sleeping arrangements, quiet reading, or morning meditation
The downstairs bedrooms are better suited for young children as stairs may prove challenging and children will need to be supervised in the upstairs areas. For groups with more than 10 guests, please discuss use of loft bedroom spaces for additional people.
Sanur’s eastern location also means you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the ocean, offering a tranquil start to your day.
