Woodfired-focused eatery Mason has long fallen into the category of must-visit for both Bali locals and visitors alike. Now the Canggu-based establishment has welcomed a sister venue with the opening of Mason Uluwatu. This space mingles it with a touch more modernity, with an exposed kitchen, to really enhance the Mediterranean feel of the restaurant.
TABU SUPPER CLUB
Mexico meets Japan at Tabu – one of Uluwatu’s hottest destinations centred by a long shared table and two floors for wining, dining and dancing ’til late. And it goes without saying, you’ll need to make a reservation here, as this place is booked out every weekend.

La Baracca Padang Padang
This delicious rustic island Italian has a home in Uluwatu, sitting on the main road above Thomas Beach along a happening little ‘eat street’. Seriously yummy wood-fired pizzas, house-made pastas and great vegan and veggie options too! This affordable little fave is a great place for a relaxed meal out. This clifftop club has live events, DJs, sunset views and poolside bites. With share platters and tapas, perfect for a few drinks with friends. Check the website for what’s on and enjoy some adult time to relax and have fun! Open from 12 till late.
PALMILLA BEACH CLUB
A boho beach club on the white sands of Melasti Beach, here you’ll find bamboo cabanas, daybeds, hammocks and sun loungers to laze your sunny days away. The food here is designed to swap and share, as are the jugs of cocktails and buckets of cold beer. Hang beneath a palm, dip in the oceanfront pool and take in a sunset. Of course kids welcome too.
